It was a sunny morning. Anna woke up early, feeling excited. Today, she was going to the park with her dog, Max. Max was a small, brown dog with big ears and a short tail. He always wagged his tail when he was happy, and today, he was very happy.
Anna put on her shoes and picked up Max’s leash. “Max, do you want to go to the park?” she asked. Max jumped up and barked loudly, running to the door. He loved going to the park.
The park was not far from Anna’s house, so they walked there together. On the way, they passed by houses, trees, and a small shop where Anna bought a bottle of water. Max walked next to her, looking around with curiosity. Sometimes, he stopped to smell the grass or look at a bird.
When they arrived at the park, Anna found a nice spot under a big tree. She sat down and let Max run around. Max loved to run. He ran fast, his little legs moving quickly. He chased butterflies and barked at squirrels. Anna watched him and laughed. Max was always so full of energy.
After some time, Anna took out a ball from her bag. “Max, do you want to play?” she asked. Max came running back to her, his tongue out and his tail wagging. Anna threw the ball, and Max ran after it. He brought it back, and Anna threw it again. They played for a long time.
But then, something happened. Max saw a bird. The bird was sitting on a low branch of a tree. Max loved to chase birds, so he forgot about the ball and started running after the bird. The bird flew away, and Max ran after it, going deeper into the park.
Anna didn’t notice at first. She was sitting under the tree, drinking water. But when she looked up, Max was not there. She stood up quickly. “Max?” she called. “Max, where are you?” She looked around, but she couldn’t see him.
Anna started to walk around the park, looking for Max. She asked other people, “Have you seen my dog? He is small and brown.” But nobody had seen him.
Anna felt worried. She didn’t know where Max went. She walked and walked, calling his name, but Max didn’t come. The park was big, and there were many trees. Anna felt a little lost too.
After a while, Anna heard a noise. It was quiet at first, but then it got louder. It was barking! Anna ran towards the sound. She looked behind a big tree, and there was Max! He was sitting by a small pond, looking at a frog. When Max saw Anna, he jumped up and ran to her.
Anna laughed and picked him up. “Max, you scared me!” she said, hugging him tightly. Max licked her face, wagging his tail. He didn’t understand why Anna was worried. He was just having fun.
Anna carried Max back to their spot under the tree. “Next time, stay close to me,” she said. Max lay down next to her, tired from his adventure. Anna smiled and gave him some water.
The sun was starting to set, and it was time to go home. Anna put the leash on Max, and they walked back together. Max was tired but happy. Anna was happy too because she had Max with her.
They went home, and Anna gave Max his dinner. Max ate quickly and then fell asleep, dreaming of his big adventure in the park.
